Delivery, Return and Exchange Policy

Delivery

We aim to complete your order within 5-7 Business Days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Indonesian Bank Holidays, where we are based from). Your products will be processed from Indonesia, and will be shipped to designated countries via Singapore as the transit hub.

We conduct international delivery with reliable logistic partners, such as Ninja Logistics, DHL Ecommerce and Indonesian national post service (EMS).

Your shipment will take generally 5-14 Business Days according to distance of each designated countries. Factors such as COVID-19 local restriction may contribute to the duration of your product shipment.

All delivery will be conducted safely and you will be provided with Tracking Number where you can track your package. It will be notified to you upon delivering via Email and/or SMS (text message). The instruction on how to track the order will be provided as well.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a free return policy (picked up from your shipping address), which means you will not need to step out of your home to return. Free return only applicable for orders made unsuitable, or any mistakes conducted from our (Caseuphoria)'s side.

Your order will be picked up and delivered to our station within 5-7 Business Days. In the meantime, we will process your order. Therefore, we can ship the right upon exchange arrival. Shipment duration is as explained above.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@caseuphoria.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll order a courier for you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order (and document it, such as in form of unboxing video) upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange unless orders are unsuitable, or any mistakes conducted from our (Caseuphoria)'s side.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will contact you to arrange for the fund transfer. Refund will normally take up to 14 days as we need to communicate with our payment provider.
